We held a ribbon cutting on Friday, February 24th, 2023 for La Rosita Mexican Restaurant in downtown Swainsboro. La Rosita has recently expanded their restaurant to include a bar area and more seating. They are also now serving alcohol at their establishment. The ribbon cutting included a mariachi band that entertained guests while they enjoyed their meal and new-to-the-menu cocktails. There was also a representative from Mundo Now, the largest certified-minority-owned bilingual and bicultural digital media platform in the USA, covering the ribbon cutting and expansion of the restaurant.
